This piece was Inspired by the traditional French Wedding Cake of the same name. A high cone of profiteroles sometimes dipped in chocolate and  decorated with threads of caramel, sugared almonds, chocolate, flowers, or ribbons.


'Croquembouche' is made from 28 thrown porcelain vases with lace imprint. Swarovski rhinestones, silk flowers and hand sewn glass beads and pearls.  78cm height. 2009-10
